User Agreement for Resume Builder
This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs the terms and conditions under which users ("User," "You," or "Your") may access and use the Resume Builder website, mobile application, or any related services ("Service").
1. Acceptance of Terms:
By accessing or using the Resume Builder Service, You agree to be bound by this Agreement and any additional terms and conditions that apply to specific parts of the Service. If You do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
2. Use of Service:
a. Eligibility: You must be of legal age in Your jurisdiction to use this Service. By using this Service, You represent and warrant that You are of legal age. b. You agree not to copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any Content without prior written consent. b. User Content: By submitting any content or materials to the Service, You grant Resume Builder a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content.
4. Limitation of Liability:
Resume Builder and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable to You for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with Your use of the Service.
5. Termination:
Resume Builder reserves the right to terminate or suspend Your access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if You violate this Agreement.
6. Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
7. Modifications to Agreement:
Resume Builder reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Agreement on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of modifications constitutes acceptance of those changes.
